Overview
ApplyPilot is the personal CRM I've been building to keep track of my whole network and outreach. Every platform's conversations live in one place, so I always know who I'm talking to, what I promised and what to do next.
How It Works
- Connect: Imports contacts and conversations from Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Messages
- Map: Sorts 3,638 people into close contacts, inner circle, recent and never reached, grouped by founders, engineering, product, sales, marketing and recruiters
- Enrich: Finds the right people at a company through Apollo, checks contacts are verified and surfaces who can introduce you
- Act: Drafts, sends and schedules outreach and follow-ups from one card per company
- Measure: Tracks sends, replies and reply rate week by week
