Madison Inc - Web Redesign @ Springbox Digital Partners

Enterprise Brand Platform Redesign & Corporate Positioning Role: Technical Lead / Front-End & Platform Partner Agency: Springbox Digital Partners Client: Madison Industries Ecosystem: Filtration Group Website: madison.net Timeline: Early 2017 Overview In early 2017, Madison Industries engaged Springbox Digital Partners to revamp madison.net and support a broader set of digital updates across companies within The Filtration Group umbrella. The primary objective was to establish a clear, authoritative point of contact for Filtration Group clients and partners—positioning Madison Industries as the strategic parent organization behind a portfolio of high-performing operating companies. The engagement focused on brand clarity, enterprise credibility, and scalable execution, delivered within a fixed timeline and budget. The Business Context Madison Industries is one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world, known for building and scaling businesses whose products support health, safety, and essential infrastructure. Their digital presence needed to reflect: • Corporate scale and credibility • Clear articulation of Madison’s role within the Filtration Group ecosystem • A professional, accessible entry point for enterprise clients and partners • Long-term flexibility as the organization continued to grow This was not a marketing-heavy site—it was a corporate platform for trust and clarity. The Challenge The project required balancing several priorities: • Representing a global, privately held enterprise with restraint and authority • Coordinating across Madison Industries leadership, internal marketing, and technical teams • Creating a site that worked both as a brand statement and an informational hub • Supporting future expansion across Filtration Group companies • Delivering cleanly within defined scope, timeline, and budget The risk was not technical complexity—it was getting the positioning right. My Role & Responsibilities I served as a technical and front-end lead, translating strategic and design intent into a production-ready platform. Responsibilities included: • Implementing the redesigned front end for madison.net • Supporting wireframe feasibility and mockup execution • Collaborating with Madison Industries’ internal marketing team and CTO • Ensuring clean, maintainable implementation aligned with enterprise standards • Coordinating delivery to meet fixed timeline and budget constraints Strategy & Execution 1. Brand-First Information Architecture The site was structured to: • Clearly communicate Madison Industries’ mission and platform • Establish its role within the Filtration Group ecosystem • Provide a simple, intuitive path for clients to learn more and make contact This ensured the site functioned as a credible corporate front door, not a product catalog. 2. Collaborative Design & Asset Development Working closely with: • Madison Industries’ internal marketing team • Madison’s CTO • Springbox design and development teams We used detailed wireframes, mockups, and asset reviews to align early and avoid late-stage revisions—critical for executive-facing projects. 3. Disciplined, On-Time Delivery The project emphasized: • Clear scope definition • Tight feedback loops • Minimal rework through upfront alignment As a result, the site was delivered on schedule and within the allocated budget, meeting all stakeholder expectations. Results & Impact • Successful relaunch of madison.net as a central corporate touchpoint • Improved clarity around Madison Industries’ role and mission • Strong internal alignment and stakeholder satisfaction • Foundation established for future digital expansion across Filtration Group companies • Delivered on time and within budget The project achieved exactly what it needed to: clarity, credibility, and control. Why This Work Matters This engagement demonstrates my ability to: • Execute in enterprise, executive-facing environments • Translate abstract brand positioning into concrete digital platforms • Collaborate effectively with internal marketing and technical leadership • Deliver clean, low-risk solutions under fixed constraints • Focus on outcomes over overengineering It reflects a calm, disciplined approach to high-stakes corporate work. Key Skills Demonstrated • Enterprise brand platform execution • Front-end implementation for corporate sites • Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration • Information architecture for holding companies • On-time, on-budget delivery
